According to Em Off, as reported by The Daily Mail, the couple has an "agreement" that "allows" Neymar to cheat on Bruna.
The conditions include wearing a condom, keeping it discreet, and not kissing the other participant on the mouth.
The report also claims that the PSG forward is "free to flirt and even have sex with another woman", despite his commitment to Bruna.
